Welcome to Hapvent, a digital platform that connects users who wish to host events (“Customers”) with vendors who offer event-related services (“Vendors”). By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”) or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use Hapvent.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “Us,” “Our” – refers to Hapvent, its owners, developers, and authorized representatives. - “Users” – collectively refers to both Customers and Vendors using the Hapvent app. - “Services” – means all functionalities provided through the Hapvent platform including browsing, posting event requirements, messaging, quotation exchanges, and other related features.
2. Account Registration
- Users must create an account with valid information. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. - Hapvent reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information or misuse the platform.
3. Platform Role & Disclaimer
Hapvent is an intermediary platform that facilitates connections between Customers and Vendors. - We do not own, manage, or control any vendor service listed on the platform. - Any agreements, quotations, or payments made between a Customer and a Vendor are solely between those parties. - Hapvent is not responsible for the quality, timing, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors. - Hapvent does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor listings, pricing, or availability.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors must: - Provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and portfolio. - Ensure uploaded images and descriptions are genuine and do not infringe on copyrights. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and quotations. - Comply with local regulations and licenses applicable to their business. Hapvent reserves the right to remove or suspend vendor profiles that violate these terms.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers must: - Provide correct details when posting event requirements. - Use the platform only for lawful purposes. - Not misuse the messaging system or harass vendors. - Be responsible for evaluating vendors and finalizing agreements directly with them.
6. Quotations and Payments
- Quotations shared by vendors are non-binding until both parties agree outside the app or via formal confirmation. - Hapvent does not process or guarantee any payment between customers and vendors.
7. In-App Messaging
- Messaging is intended for professional communication between customers and vendors only. - Users must not send spam, offensive content, or irrelevant messages. - Hapvent reserves the right to monitor and remove any content violating community standards.
8. Content Ownership
- Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content (e.g., images, descriptions, portfolio). - By uploading content, vendors grant Hapvent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such content within the app and promotional materials. - Hapvent may remove any content deemed inappropriate or infringing.
9. Reviews and Feedback
- Customers may leave reviews and ratings after availing vendor services. - Reviews must be honest and not defamatory. - Hapvent reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate community standards.

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on the Hapvent platform are the property of Hapvent. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without written permission.
12. Termination or Suspension
Hapvent may suspend or terminate your account if: - You violate these Terms or applicable laws. - You misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Hapvent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. - Hapvent provides its services “as is” without any warranty or guarantee. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hapvent, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Modifications
Hapvent reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the app or website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanhangad, Kerala.
